Abstract

CV. Digital Mitra Tekstil merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi hasil kain. Bahan baku utama pada CV. Digital Mitra Tekstil yaitu kain polyester yang diolah menjadi hijab hingga pakaian muslim. CV. Digital Mitra Tekstik dalam pengelolahannya atau proses produksi menggunakan mesin dengan bantuan tenaga manusia sebagai operator. Dalam proses produksi yang menghasilkan barang jadi atau setengah jadi ini CV. Digital Mitra Tekstil menggunakan kain roll atau kain gulungan polos yang belum berwarna atau belum di proses sebelumnya. Bahan baku atau bahan mentah tersebut akan di proses pada mesin sesuai urutan dan sesuai permintaan konsumen untuk permasalahan motif atau warnaHal ini dikarenakan supplier mengirim barang pesanan cenderung tidak sesuai permintaan. Permintaan konsumen yang sering kali tidak sesuai target atau bahkan melebihi perkiraan yang membuat persediaan bahan baku atau barang mentah ini tidak dapat diprediksi. Dalam penulisan ini perusahaan ingin mengetahui berapa banyak pesanan yang dapat dilakukan serta lead time yang dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu dengan meminimalkan biaya bahan baku menggunakan metode probabilitas serta menjadikan jadwal persediaan bahan baku pada CV. Digital Mitra Tekstil lebih baik. Pada data yang diperoleh dilakukan pengujian distribusi bahan baku dan waktu tunggu menggu yang mendapatkan hasil bahwa data tersebut berdistribusi normal. Setelah dilakukan pengujian dapat diketahui dari perhitungan statistika bahwa EOQ atau Economic Order Quantity sebesar 323 Roll dalam 10 kali periode pesan, Reorder Point sebesar 48 Roll, Safety Stock sebesar 76 Roll, serta Total Cost sebesar Rp.2.993.636,36.
