Abstract

The research aims to analyze how high the level of satisfaction of users of the My Blue Bird Application in the City of Surabaya is among the people who use the My Blue Bird Application. The research was conducted outside the field with the aim of obtaining several data sources from users of the My Blue Bird Application. The research method used in the research "ANALYSIS OF USER SATISFACTION OF THE MY BLUE BIRD APPLICATION IN SURABAYA CITY" is Quantitative with a descriptive approach, data collection using a questionnaire distributed to 20 My Blue Bird Application Users. The results of this research found the level of satisfaction of My Blue Bird Application users, which means that the My Blue Bird Application has a level of satisfaction that influences application development.
