Abstract
The 17 August 1945 Surabaya Education Foundation, in managing an asset is by using manual documentation and via the SIM Asset website. Asset management, especially on the SIM Asset website, creates obstacles such as a website design that appears to confuse users so that the documentation process is hampered, there are no supporting features and the user satisfaction score for the website is also relatively low. The aim of this research is to produce a good and simple design display, adding features that make it easier for users to manage assets. The design will use the User Centered Design (UCD) method which will produce a prototype which will be tested to produce a display design that meets user satisfaction. Apart from that, in determining asset management that affects the features in the Asset SIM, use the Asset Life Cycle Management (ALCM) approach. Combining the User Centered Design (UCD) and Asset Life Cycle Management (ALCM) methods will produce a simple and informative design.
