Abstract
One of the products produced by PT Surya Pertiwi Nusantara, namely the sitting type toilet or called CW 53 J, is a product that is produced relatively frequently among various other products which are made only when there is an order (make by order). From the production of the CW 53 J, defects or rejects are often found in quality control, the damage varies from small holes in various parts of the body, body cracks, body lacking or inappropriate shape, peeling body, body dust, etc. Many factors influence success in production, but there are factors that can be controlled and cannot be controlled. The method in this research is using seven tools. Seven tools are 7 tools used to control the quality of a product, including: check sheet, cause and effect diagram, Pareto diagram, control chart diagram, scatter diagram, flow diagram and histogram.
