Abstract

Kabupaten Karanganyar, Kecamatan Ngargoyoso, merupakan salah satu tujuan wisata yang menjadi daya tarik wisatawan, karena memiliki keanekaragaman alam dan budaya. Sektor wisata di Kabupaten Karanganyar menjadi sumber pertumbuhan Pendapatan Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) terbesar setelah industri pertanian, dengan tahapan pengambilan data di lakukan langsung terhadap objek atau subjek penelitiannya. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada perancangan resort ini yaitu Kajian kearifaan lokal candi sukuh, (Arsitektur Neo Vernakular) dengan menerapkan penataan massa bangunan, bentuk massa bangunan. perlu adanya perancangan resort yang berorinetasi pada keseimbangan alam dan budaya. mengutamakan hubungan timbal balik antara alam dan objek perancangan yang dibangun, sehingga sistem dan aktivitas yang berada di dalam perancangan dapat memberikan dampak postif dan berkelanjutan terhdap lingkungan sekitar tanpa mengeksploitasi lingkungan. Kondisi saat ini objek wisata yang ada pada kecamatan ngargoyoso tidak memiliki sebuah fasilitas berupa penginapan seperti resort klasifikasi resort berbintang. Dengan adanya fasilitas resort sebagai pendukung obyek pariwisata, maka juga akan berpengaruh pada pendapatan domestik regional bruto (PDRB).
