Abstract

The construction of a hospital requires meticulous planning and coordination to ensure the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of the building structure. Building Information Modeling (BIM) offers an innovative solution to address these challenges by providing a platform that integrates various disciplines into a single digital model. In the planning project for the RSUD Sijunjung Gedung Rawatan Inap Kelas III, there were changes in the work volume, including a reduction in the volume of reinforcement and concrete from the BoQ. Consequently, the planning team needed additional time to complete the process. This research aims to analyze the volume and costs using Autodesk Revit, comparing them with the volumes and costs obtained from BoQ. The data required for this study includes the Detail Engineering Design (DED), the BoQ, and the work plan and specifications. The data will be processed using Autodesk Revit software up to the analysis stage. The analysis results from Autodesk Revit showed a volume difference in the concrete work (fc’ 25MPa) of 17.45 m³ with a cost difference of Rp. 29,389,368.89, reinforcement steel work of 10,438.40 kg with a cost difference of Rp. 168,277,916.95, and foundation work of 6.84 m² with a cost difference of Rp. 21,593,880.00. The analysis results indicated a total cost difference of Rp. 219,261,165.84 or 2.27% higher when calculated using BoQ
