Abstract

CV Sinar mas merupakan perusahaan dibidang pembuatan sandal. Berdasarkan data permintaan sandal yang naik turun menyebabkan CV Sinar Mas kesulitan dalam melakukan jumlah bahan baku sandal yang di order. Perusahaan juga belum menggunakan sistem pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang optimal. Oleh karena itu perusahaan mengalami kelebihan baku yang terjadi pada bulan November-Desember 2023 sehingga terjadi penumpukkan bahan baku yang menyebabkan biaya produksi tinggi dan menurunnya kualitas karena terlalu menumpuk digudang. Maka, harus ada perencanaan dan pengendalian ketersedian bahan baku agar mendapatkan biaya yang seminimal mungkin serta dapat menjaga kualitas bahan baku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dengan teknik Lot Sizing yaitu LFL (Lot For Lot) dan POQ (Period Order Quantity). Tujuannya yaitu untuk menentukan kebutuhan material dan menyusun rencana pembelian dan proses produksi. Dari hasil analisis MRP dilakukan penerapan sistem informasi menggunakan Microsoft Acces tujuannya agar dapat memonitoring persediaan bahan baku serta mendapat informasi data bahan baku pembuatan sandal.
