Abstract

PT INKA (PERSERO) Madiun merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang perkeretaapian. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas produknya, PT INKA terus berinovasi dan meningkatkan aspek peralatan dan kualitas. Hal ini juga meningkatkan kebutuhan sistem kelistrikan pada transportasi kereta api. Menjaga kualitas daya menjadi pertimbangan penting karena kualitas daya yang buruk dapat menyebabkan gangguan operasional, kerusakan peralatan, dan biaya tambahan yang signifikan bagi pengguna listrik. Salah satu masalah kualitas daya yang paling umum adalah distorsi harmonik. Harmonisa adalah fenomena yang disebabkan oleh beban listrik nonlinier yang bertindak sebagai sumber gelombang pada frekuensi tinggi yang merupakan kelipatan dari frekuensi fundamental. Sementara itu, salah satu produk PT INKA pada SDP kereta penumpang tipe eksekutif Argo Dwipangga diketahui memiliki nilai arus THD di atas standar IEEE 519 tahun 2014. Nilai arus pada fasa R, S, dan T masing-masing sebesar 22,19%, 23,16%, dan 21,89%. Oleh karena itu, penulis melakukan penelitian untuk mengembangkan filter yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi distorsi harmonisa. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi software ETAP setelah penerapan filter pasif single-tuned orde 5, didapatkan spesifikasi desain filter dengan nilai kapasitor sebesar 286,9 µF, induktor sebesar 0,001414013 H, dan nilai resistor sebesar 0,014 ohm. Besaran nilai total harmonik distorsi arus berkurang sebesar 8,33%, 9,21%, dan 9,15% untuk fasa R, S, dan T.
