Abstract

Development in the current era is experiencing rapid development and population growth is also increasing, therefore causing the need for concrete material as construction material. However, excessive use of concrete also has a negative impact on the surrounding environment, such as global warming. Therefore, in this study, researchers will use eggshell waste to be used as eggshell powder as a substitute for cement to produce concrete that is environmentally friendly and good for others. Flow concrete is chosen because it has high workability that facilitates the compaction process. Researchers use eggshell waste as a partial substitution material where eggshells have a calcium carbonate content of about 95% which is good for cement substitution materials. Researchers used variations of eggshell powder mixtures with variations of 0%, 2.5%, 5%, 10% and 12.5% with the addition of 1.5% superplasticizer added ingredients. The results showed the highest slump value in a mixture of 2.5% with a slump value of 58cm and the lowest variation of 0% with a slump value of 53.17cm. The highest wet concrete weght at 5% variation with a weght of 2425.83 Kg/m while the highest dry concrete weght at 5% variation mixture with a weght of 2363.6 Kg/m'. The highest flow concrete infiltration in SCT10% mixture with a value of 6.33. The highest compressive strength in the SCT mixture was 2.5% for 28 Days of age, and for 21 days of age the highest compressive strength was 5% followed by the highest compressive strength of 7 days at the 5% variation
