Abstract
Poverty is the inability to maintain an adequate standard of living. Low income also hinders access to adequate health services and education, making it difficult to achieve a decent standard of living. This research aims to look at stakeholder analysis in poverty alleviation efforts through PKH, Simolawang Village, Surabaya City. In this research, using stakeholder analysis theory and stakeholder mapping techniques, we can identify the stakeholders involved in implementing PKH. This research is research that uses a qualitative approach. The types of data in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman concept through data collection, data simplification, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that there are two categories of stakeholders that need to be considered, namely those with high influence but low interest, and those with low interest and influence. Stakeholders such as Simolawang Village, Simokerto District, and Kebonrojo Post Office have a significant role in implementing PKH. However, it has a low level of interest because its main focus is not specifically on poverty alleviation. Meanwhile, the RW Chair, RT Chair, and Kader Surabay Hebat (KSH) have little interest only as supporting stakeholders. To increase the effectiveness of PKH, these stakeholders must be involved actively and strategically. Furthermore, it is necessary to optimize the role of stakeholders, including direct assistance by sub-districts and sub-districts, emotional and moral support, provision of technical assistance, and strengthening the role of local stakeholders. By collaborating and coordinating between stakeholders, poverty alleviation efforts in Simolawang Village can be more effective and have a significant impact on poor families.
