Abstract

PT Candi Jaya Amerta merupakan salah satu perusahaan produsen sekaligus eksportir yang bergerak di bidang pangan yaitu pembuatan kerupuk yang terletak di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Manajemen pengadaan yang strategis memiliki peran yang penting dalam pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku.Keberhasilan dalam manajemen ini menjamin ketersediaan bahan baku yang tepat waktu, mengoptimalkan proses produksi, dan mengurangi risiko kekurangan stok. Kurang optimalnya stok dalam persediaan disebabkan oleh pola permintaan yang fluktuatif. Selama musim hujan terdapat kecenderungan peningkatan permintaan sedangkan kinerja supplier menurun yang disebabkan oleh kondisi cuaca yang lebih basah dan lembab. Pengumpulan data melibatkan data permintaan, produk finish good dari tingkat penjualan barang, kapasitas gudang, kebutuhan bahan baku, dan tingkat pengadaan bahan baku. Tahap pertama adalah merekapitulasi data permintaan untuk memahami tren dan pola. Data kapasitas gudang dikumpulkan untuk efisiensi penyimpanan, sementara kebutuhan bahan baku yang harus disediakan dari pola permintaan. Analisis juga dilakukan terhadap arus keuangan pembayaran yang diasumsikan selaras dengan arus penjualan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan kapasitas gudang penyimpanan bahan baku tepung di PT Candi Jaya Amerta. Gudang memiliki kapasitas penyimpanan antara 55ton hingga 60ton dengan mayoritas alokasi untuk tepung udang hingga mencapai 40ton dan sisanya untuk jenis tepung lainnya. Permintaan cenderung tinggi pada bulan Januari hingga Mei dengan kebutuhan bahan baku yang signifikan untuk tepung udang yang mencapai 45ton hingga 65ton, tepung polos mencapai 20ton hingga 35ton, dan tepung lombok mencapai 10ton hingga 20ton. Strategi pengadaan yang tepat diperlukan untuk memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku sebelum lonjakan permintaan terjadi adalah dengan memperhitungkan kapasitas gudang, kemampuan supplier, dan arus kas perusahaan. Dari segi kemampuan Supplier tepung udang mampu melakukan dua kali pengiriman dalam satu bulan dengan kapasitas total 40ton menggunakan kontainer 20ton, sementara supplier tepung polos dapat melakukan empat kali pengiriman dengan total kapasitas pengiriman 32ton per bulan menggunakan truk pengiriman berkapasitas 8ton. Sementara itu, supplier tepung lombok dapat melakukan tiga kali pengiriman dengan truk pengiriman sebesar 8ton, menghasilkan total kapasitas pengiriman 24 ton per bulan. Analisis kemampuan pembayaran supplier dapat dilakukan melalui arus penjualan produk jadi. Dengan peningkatan penjualan, kemampuan pembayaran kepada supplier juga meningkat
