Abstract

Penelitian ini menerapkan purposive sampling dalam penentuan sampel. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Leverage, dan Asset Growth digunakan sebagai variabel independen serta Kinerja Keuangan (ROA dan ROE) sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan sumber laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan melalui melalui website www.idx.co.id. Pengolahan data dikerjakan dengan menerapkan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa : Corporate social Responsibility, Leverage, dan Asset Growth berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2020.
