Abstract
This thesis uses quantitative research which aims to find out whether price. location and facilities partially and simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at the Al-Azfar Surabaya boutique. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods The number of samples was 99 respondents. The respondents in this research are visitors who often shop at the Al-arfar boutique in Surabaya. Sample determination was carried out using the probability sampling method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire on responses with Likert scale measurements. In proving and analyzing this research, the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) were used. The test results show that the variables price, location and facilities simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. This is proven by a significance value of 0.000 so that the significance value is 0.000 0.05 so it can be concluded that the variables price, location and facilities jointly influence the decision variable. purchase. Partially, the influence of the price variable on purchasing decisions is proven by the significance value of 0.000 0.05 and the calculated T value, namely 6.427, so it can be concluded that the price variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The location variable has no effect on purchasing decisions, proven by the significance value of 0.224 0.05 and the calculated T value 1.223 so it can be concluded that the location variable has no effect on purchasing decisions. The facility variable has no effect on purchasing, as proven by the significance value of 0.81 0.05 and the calculated t value 1.765 so it can be concluded that the facility variable has no effect on purchasing decisions.
