Abstract
The purpose of this research was conducted to see how far the effect of price perceptions, service quality, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Shell Pandegiling Surabaya gas stations. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive quantitative research type. The population of this research is Shell Pandegiling Surabaya gas station customers. The sampling method is non- probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study used a sample of 96 respondents who are customers of Shell Pandegiling Surabaya gas stations. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. From the partial test results obtained, price perceptions partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and simultaneous tests obtained price perceptions, service quality, and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Shell Pandegiling Surabaya gas stations.
