Abstract
This research aims to analyze the acceptance, profits and feasibility of the klepon cake business from the production, marketing and financial processes in Bulan Village, Prambon District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research used 6 informants in the klepon cake business. This type of research is descriptive research. The analytical tools used are total production costs, revenues, profits and business feasibility in this research using the product production process, 4P marketing (Product, Price, Promotion and Place) and financial calculations of Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), Return On Investment (ROI) and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C). The production process uses simple technology and is relatively easy to carry out, marketing analysis uses 4P, the majority of klepon cake businesses sell more than 35 packages in one production, the majority sell it at Rp. 10,000, the majority for promotion is through word of mouth but there are also those who via social media. While the distribution of Klepon cakes, all products are marketed directly. The average total cost is IDR 7,815,862, the average income obtained is IDR 14,370,000/month, and the average profit obtained is IDR 6,554,138/month. The results of calculating the three financial feasibility parameters show that B/C obtained an average value of 0.82, ROI obtained an average value of 68.92%, R/C ratio obtained an average value of 1.82. Therefore, this business is worth running.
