Abstract
Known as one of the regions with high economic potential in the fisheries sector, Lamongan Regency is one of the largest producers of captured fish in the East Java region. Thus, most of the population in several areas in Lamongan Regency are fishermen. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the Sunduk Fish Crackers MSME business in Blimbing Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency The data analysis methods used include cost analysis, revenue analysis, profit analysis, and feasibility analysis using Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C) and Return On Investment (ROI) analysis tools. This research uses qualitative research methods and uses interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation as primary data collection tools. Data were obtained from 6 informants, namely business owners of Sunduk Fish Crackers MSMEs in Blimbing Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. The Sunduk Fish Crackers MSME business that has been studied can be said to be feasible to run with an average R/C Ratio of 2.02 B/C Ratio of 1.02 and ROI of 65.17% The Sunduk Fish Crackers MSME business under study has an average revenue of Rp. 6,878,333/month, with an average monthly capital outside the initial capital of Rp. 3,368,39 /month, and has an average profit of Rp 3,509,937/month.
