Abstract
Undaan Kidul Village is a village located in the Karanganyar Subdistrict,Demak Regency, with two hamlets, namely Pandean Hamlet and Gandek Hamlet. The majority of the population in Undaan Kidul Village meets their daily needs by working as farmers. However, the farmers only conduct economic calculations in a simple manner, and some have not accurately calculated the income from their green bean farming efforts. Therefore, financial analysis is needed in managing agricultural businesses. This research aims to analyze the financial feasibility of green bean cultivation (Vigna Radiata L) in Undaan Kidul Village, Karanganyar Subdistrict, Demak Regency, to determine whether the farming enterprise is viable or not. The analysis tools used in this study include total costs, revenue, income, and the feasibility of farming using R/C, B/C, and ROI. The results of this research indicate that the average total cost incurred is Rp21.632.387 per planting season, the average revenue obtained is Rp31.303.750 per planting season, and the average profit obtained is Rp9.671.363 per planting season. The feasibility of the business for six green bean farmers in Undaan Kidul Village, Karanganyar Subdistrict, Demak Regency, was calculated, and the results show that the R/C ratio has an average value of 1,44>1, the B/C ratio has an average value of 0,44>0, and the ROI has an average value of 41,65>1. Therefore, green bean farming in Undaan Kidul Village, Karanganyar Subdistrict, Demak Regency, is considered viable.
