Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of sweet corn farming in Bokor Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. This study used informants as many as 6 sweet corn farmers in Bokor Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. The analytical tools used in this research are total production cost, revenue, income and business feasibility. The results showed the average total cost of production amounted to Rp 22,797,665/planting period, the average revenue of Rp 50,916,666/planting period, and the average income earned amounted to Rp 28,119,002/planting period. The results of the calculation of business feasibility on 6 sweet corn farmers in Bokor Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency, show that the R/C ratio obtained an average value of Rp 2.23> 1, while the B/C ratio obtained an average value of 1.23 1 which means sweet corn farming in Bokor Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency is feasible to run. This shows that sweet corn farming in Bokor Village has the potential to provide profitable results.
