Abstract

This research aims to find out 1). The influence of customer trust on customer satisfaction with the Gopay feature on the Gojek application in Rungkut Sub-district, 2). The influence of perceived security on customer satisfaction with the Gopay feature on the Gojek application in Rungkut District, 3). The influence of perceived ease of use on customer satisfaction with the Gopay feature on the Gojek application in Rungkut District. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling with a sample of 100 Gopay customer respondents on the Gojek application. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test and f-test. The research results show that customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the Gopay feature on the Gojek application in Rungkut Sub-district, perceived security has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the Gopay feature on the Gojek application in Rungkut Sub-district, and perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the Gopay feature on the Gojek application in Rungkut Sub-district.
