Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Cultureto improve the Internal Service Performanceof Sidoarjo Community Health Center employees. This research is fundamental research to develop knowledge, the variables applied refer to previous research and are developed through replication and modification, which is then formed into a conceptual model framework. This research is a type of exploratory research that aims to develop knowledge through basic research with a quantitative approach, with a focus on using cause and effect to test hypotheses. The theory applied in this research is Resource Base View Theory. The number of samples used in this research was 50 employees with a saturated sample method. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis techniques, as well as hypothesis testing using the t-test. The results of this research show that Emotional Intelligence has an influence and significance on Organizational Culture, Organizational Culturehas an influence and significance on Internal Service Performance, and Internal Service Performancehas an influence and significance on Emotional Intelligence. So it can be concluded that the results of this research Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Cultureinfluence Internal Service Performance. This research can explore the positive impact of the interaction between individual emotional intelligence and a healthy Organizational Cultureon employee productivity and satisfaction, as well as analyze how this can impact internal service quality. Researchers suggest adding other variables to improve Internal Service Performanceor conducting new research on Internal Service Performance.
