Abstract

Labor productivity is one of the human resource management factors that has an important role in the success of a construction project. This will affect the suitability between the results of implementation in the field and the costs of the plans that have been planned. Therefore, there needs to be an effort to overcome this by studying the conditions of labor productivity levels and costs in order to achieve project targets. This research aims to analyze the value of labor productivity in the Phase 3 Medical Building construction project at Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Hospital Sepanjang-Sidoarjo using the productivity rating approach method. The productivity rating method is a technique for measuring labor productivity which is carried out directly in the field with the results obtained in the form of a classification of labor activity which includes three things including effective work, contributory work and ineffective work. Based on the results of the analysis, the labor productivity values for column, beam and floor plate reinforcement work were respectively 80.09%, 80.02% and 79.53% with an estimated labor wage cost of IDR. 50,512,277.03; IDR. 53,828,683.85; and IDR. 53,874,510.94. In column, beam and floor plate formwork work the labor productivity values are 80.15%, 77.69% and 77.39% respectively with estimated labor costs of IDR. 19,935,178.24; IDR. 42,954,690.76; and IDR. 40,111,525.75. Meanwhile, in the work of casting columns, beams and floor plates, the labor productivity value is 80.97% and the estimated labor wage cost is IDR. 11,236,037.76.
