Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of investing in a coffee grinder machine to increase coffee milling capacity at CV. OYITOK COMPANY, a robusta and arabica coffee company in Malang Regency, East Java. As a major player in the industry, Oyitok Coffee targets meeting the continuously rising market demand without compromising the standards of coffee product quality and consistency. The feasibility analysis results indicate: NPV of Rp. 66.595.806, providing a positive indication for investment feasibility.IRR reaching 61%, reflecting an outstanding investment return rate, reinforcing the investment decision.Payback Period within only 41 working days or 2 months, affirming a quick return on investment.Based on the feasibility analysis results of the coffee grinder machine investment at CV. OYITOK COMPANY, it can be concluded that this investment has significant profit potential. With a positive NPV, high IRR, and other supporting feasibility indicators, the coffee grinder machine becomes a smart investment choice. The decision to increase coffee milling capacity is expected to not only meet the growing market demand but also enhance Oyitok Coffee's competitiveness in the coffee industry. Thus, this investment not only provides financial benefits but also contributes to the sustainable growth of the company.
