Abstract

Studi kelayakan instalasi listrik gedung sangat penting dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa instalasi listrik yang akan dipasang di gedung aman, andal, dan sesuai dengan standar keselamatan yang ditetapkan. Hal ini terutama penting mengingat risiko kebakaran dan kecelakaan listrik yang dapat terjadi jika instalasi listrik tidak dipasang dengan benar. Peraturan ini dikenal sebagai Peraturan Umum Instalasi Listrik 2011.PUIL 2011 memberikan panduan tentang tata cara pemasangan instalasi listrik pada bangunan gedung, yang mencakup perencanaan, perancangan, pelaksanaan, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan instalasi listrik. Penelitihan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari kelayakan instalasi listrik berupa rating pengaman dan luas penampang kabel serta intensitas pencahayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dengan pengambilan data dilapangan yang akan dibandingan dengan perhitungan menggunakan software maupun rumus. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi dan perhitungan untuk kelayakan instalasi listrik pada gedung graha UNESA surabaya maka disimpulkan, ditemukan ketidak layakan sesuai PUIL 2011 pada SDP AC dan PP-AC-OU 3A dan 3B untuk pengaman MCB dan luas penampang kabel. Didapat dari hasil nilai perhitungan dan simulasi dibandingkan dengan komponen terpasang pada SDP AC dengan beban 601.500 watt terpasang pengaman Miniature Circuit Breaker sebesar 1000 A sedangkan hasil perhitungan,simulasi dan Peraturan Umum Instalasi Listrik maka untuk pengaman seharusnya terpasang 1250 A. Sedangkan untuk luas Penampang terpasang berukuran 4x240 mm2 dan dari hasil pengkuran dan simulasi didapatkan hasil luas penampang kabel berukuran 4x300 mm2 maka demikian didapatkan kesimpulan untuk rating pengaman dan luas penampang kabel pada SDP AC tidak memenuhi kelayakan menurut PUIL 2011.Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan dialux menunjukkan pada toilet tingkat pencahayaan sebesar 162 Lux, begitu pula perhitungan pada gudang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pencahayaan sebesar 78 Lux.
