Abstract
In this era of globalization competition between companies is getting tougher because companies are not only faced with domestic competition, but also abroad. Facing these conditions, each company strives to increase the potential of human resources to become better so that it can affect employee work engagement. The importance of the existence of human resources requires employees with high engagement. Therefore the company needs employees who are active, have initiative and have full responsibility for the progress of the company. Therefore this study wants to see how the relationship between organizational climate and work engagement is related. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive correlation between organizational climate and work engagement. Based on the results of the product moment parametric technique test assisted by the SPSS version 16.00 program by showing the results of the value p = 0,000 (p <0.01). The results of a very significant correlation indicate that the hypothesis is accepted, it is stated that there is a relationship between organizational climate and work engagement on employees at PT.
