Abstract

Ungkapan dalam masyarakat Jepang sangatlah penting. Dalam budaya jepang perasaan dan sikap dapat mengungkapkan maksud dan tujuan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti mendeskripsikan “Ungkapan Bahasa Jepang Yang Terdapat Dalam Buku Wakaru Bijinesu Nihongo (わかるビジネス日本語)”. Buku Wakaru Bijinesu Nihongo (わかるビジネス日本語) ini dikembangkan oleh Business Network Corporation untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahasa non-Jepang yang bekerja di perusahaan modal Jepang dan perusahaan asing yang ada di Jepang. Buku ini berfokus pada situasi yang akan dihadapi pembisnis non-Jepang dalam bekerja. Buku Wakaru Bijinesu Nihongo ini disusun oleh Katoh Kiyokata dengan sub-bab yang ditulis oleh Shimada Megumi dan Shibukawa Aki. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan jenis ungkapan yang terdapat dalam buku wakaru bijinesu nihongo serta kita dapat mengaplikasikan kata tersebut ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan mendeskripsikan tentang ungkapan etika komunikasi jepang dalam buku wakaru bijinesu nihongo. Kajian penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian berupa Budaya (Cultural). Kajian ini digunakan, sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan tentang ungkapan bahasa jepang yang terdapat di dalam buku wakaru bijinesu nihongo (わかるビジネス日本語). Sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Kajian dalam penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian penelitian hyougen menurut ono dan ogawa. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan sebanyak 12 data jenis penggunaan ungkapan seperti Aisatsu no hyougen (挨拶の表現), dan Yobikake no hyougen (呼びかけの表現). Kemudian dalam penggunaan etika terdapat Aizuchi (Memberikan respon) dan Aisatsu (Memberikan salam). Dalam etika Aizuchi ditemukan sebanyak 35 seperti (申し訳ございません/ Moushi wake gozaimasen), Sedangkan Aisatsu ditemukan sebanyak 8 Data seperti (はじめまして/Hajimemashite).
