Abstract
Introduction: In the Kenjeran Beach area, the majority of the people work as fishermen. Fishermen aim to get income. Income can be affected by various factors. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of working capital and labor simultaneously and partially on the income of fishermen in the Kenjeran Beach area of Surabaya. Method: This research is quantitative. The population of this research is fishermen who use motorized boats are 182 people, 46 of them are registered as respondents with simple random sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The independent variables are working capital and labor. The dependent variable is income. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression p<0.05. Results: The significant value for the effect of Working Capital (MK) on Income (Y) is 0.000 <0.05. The significant value for the influence of the Labor (TK) variable on Income (Y) is 0.000 <0.05. Discussion: The results of the analysis can be concluded that working capital and labor simultaneously and partially affect the income of fishermen in the Kenjeran Beach area of Surabaya.
