Abstract

The value of the firm is an important factor in determining the success of an enterprise. The purpose of this study is analyze the variables used are asset growth, sales growth, capital structure, financial distress, value of the firm and good corporate governance as moderate in sub-sector food and beverage in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the conceptual framework, researchers used Partial Least Square. The population used in the study was 26 food and beverage sub-sector companies. The sample of researchers used as many as 13 food and beverage sub-sector companies. The research period is three period (2019-2021) during the pandemic Covid-19. The results of the study are as follows: asset growth has effect is not significant to the value of the firm, sales growth has effect or insignificant effect on the value of the firm, capital structure has an effect is significant to the value of the firm, asset growth has effect is not significant to financial distress, sales growth has an effect is significant to financial distress, capital structure is influential and significant to financial distress, financial distress has effect insignificant effect on the value of the firm and financial distress with the value of the firm moderated by good corporate governance produces insignificant.
