Abstract
Mr. H Santo Apple Plantation is a plantation located in Krajan Hamlet, Andonosari Village, Tutur District, Pasuruan Regency. The estate cultivates manalagi apples and wanglin apples. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of wanglin apple business based on technical / production aspects, market aspects, and financial aspects. The results of the analysis obtained in the technical aspects of the business location meet the growing requirements for cultivating wanglin apples in terms of soil height, air humidity temperature, rainfall and solar irradiation, and irrigation. In the market aspect, it is declared worthy of effort in the future. Due to the large potential market opportunities of wanglin apples in terms of demand, supply and price. as well as the resulting apple products and the set prices are acceptable to the market. And in the financial aspect, it can be concluded that the wanglin apple farming business is worthy of being cultivated and developed in the future with an NPV value of Rp. 58,763,042, and IRR percentage of 36%, a Net B/C ratio of 2,1 and a period of return on investment costs required is 14 months 36 days. The BEP result of the selling price of apples is Rp 6,190 / kg and the BEP production volume is 680 kg / year. From the BEP results, the selling price and production volume exceeded the BEP calculation, which was Rp 15,000 / kg and 1648 kg / year.
