Abstract
All construction projects have their own project management, one of which is the management of the project completion duration. Project completion duration management is crucial for every construction project, particularly in the details of costs, which are very significant in the success of a construction project. In projects, especially housing projects, shop houses, and other repetitive projects, the duration of the completion time is less effective. One of the methods of calculating the duration of the construction project completion is the Line of Balance (LoB) method. The Line of Balance (LoB) method is relatively convenient for projects with redundant or repetitive activities such as residences, apartments, roadways, and so on. In the discussion of this Final Project, the Citraland Driyorejo CBD residence and shophouse is utilised as the main object or object of discussion. In the project data in the form of an S curve, it is inferred that project completion has the same duration as the Existing Schedule Method, which is 60 weeks for 1 house or 240 weeks for 4 houses and 121 weeks for 1 shophouse or 484 weeks for 4 shophouses. Moreover, by employing the Line of Balance (LoB) method, the project completion duration is 102 weeks for 2 couple houses or 4 houses and 247 weeks for 2 couple shophouses or 4 shophouses. Consequently, the calculation of the completion time of residence and shophouse projects in Citraland Driyorejo CBD is completed faster by employing the Line of Balance (LoB) Method.
