Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the board of directors, the size of the board commissioners, the audit committee and the size of the company on the company’s financial performance on banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. Several previous studies on financial performance showed different results. Therefore, other research needs to be done to retest theories about financial performance. The population of this study were 43 banking companies. Sampling method used is purposive sampling method, so that obtained 19 sample companies for 3 years observation (2018 - 2020) with 57 observation. The research data was obtained from the sample company that was downloaded from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The process of data analysis conducted first , classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and then hypothesis testing. The results of this study partially indicate that only the size of the company that significantly influence the financial performance. The results of this study simultaneously board of commissioners, board of directors, audit committee and company size simultaneously affect the financial performance.
