Abstract
In deciding on this thesis the author discusses the problem of workers against the termination of employment (PHK) for the relocation of companies in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the company relocation has fulfilled the legal requirements in Indonesia and legal work permits for workers who set Termination of Employment (PHK) for the relocation of companies in Indonesia. This study uses normative legal research methods and research in this study uses invitational research (statute approach). The data source uses primary data and secondary data. Normative analysis uses library materials as a source of research material. RESULTS OF WORK GOVERNMENT RESEARCH (FLE) cannot be done effectively. The model of legal protection that can be expected is repressive, namely the fulfillment of normative rights approved by the Termination of Employment (PHK). Where fulfillment of these normative rights must heed the welfare of the family and the difficulty of finding employment, allowing severance pay and other workers' normative rights to meet the living needs of the farm until the worker can do the work.
