Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of macro economy, risk management, good corporate governance, earnings, capital to firm performance and value of the firm in private national bank of public foreign exchange go public listed in Indonesia stock exchange. The sample used in this research is 20 companies with 5 years observation from 2013-2017. Analysis of research data using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed: Macro economy has a significant effect on firm performance and also significant effect on value of the firm. Risk Management significant effect on firm performance and have no significant effect on value of the firm. Good Corporate Governance has an insignificant effect on firm performance and significant effect on value of the firm. Earning has a significant effect on firm performance and significant effect on value of the firm. Capital significant effect on firm performance And no significant effect on value of the firm, firm performance significantly influence the value of the firm.
