Abstract
PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia is a company engaged in the concrete industry. This company has experienced growth and increased production from time to time. This is inseparable from the role of the production department, especially the warehouse as the manager of the procurement of raw materials needed by the factory to be processed into finished products, this becomes a problem for the company in determining the quantity of raw materials ordered from suppliers. At this time, the company has not applied a particular method to determine the quantity of raw material inventory, the company only estimates the amount of raw material to be ordered based on the company's historical data so that there is excess or shortage of inventory. The Material Requirement Planning Dynamic (MRP) method is an appropriate raw material inventory control method to use because this method can overcome the high uncertainty of demand in the MRP to determine the lot size and the exact ordering time used by the Lot sizing method, this method aims to determine the right amount of inventory and the right time, with a minimum total cost. The MRP system and the LFL Method provide the most optimal order quantity on FlyAsh raw materials with the LFL method costing Rp. 2,922,368,712 and In the FPR Method the cost of raw materials is Rp. 3,123,159,756. Costs incurred are lower than the FPR method, with a difference in the total cost of Rp. 200,791,044
