Abstract

Sektor perikanan merupakan penyediaan lapangan kerja yang cukup signifikan, tetapi karena semakin meningkatnya jumlah penduduk sedangkan lahan yang tersedia sangat terbatas dan minimnya modal yang dimiliki petani untuk mengembangkan usahanya maka penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor pertanian menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh modal kerja, tenaga kerja dan teknologi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pendapatan petani tambak bandeng di Desa Blega Kecamatan Blega Kabupaten Bangkalan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuatitatif. Sumber data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada petani tambak bandeng di Desa Blega Kecamatan Blega. Sampel penelitian ini adalah petani tambak bandeng di Desa Blega Kecamatan Blega Kabupaten Bangkalan berjumlah 33 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan program SPSS. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Modal kerja, tenaga kerja dan teknologi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan petani. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan “Diduga modal kerja, tenaga kerja dan teknologi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan petani tambak bandeng di Desa Blega Kecamatan Blega Kabupaten Bangkalan” terbukti; (2) Modal kerja, tenaga kerja dan teknologi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pendapatan petani. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan “Diduga modal kerja, tenaga kerja dan teknologi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pendapatan petani tambak bandeng di Desa Blega Kecamatan Blega Kabupaten Bangkalan” terbukti.
