Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahaui cara dari menganalisis usaha pembuatan kerupuk,biaya maupun pendapatan dan bagaimana mengembangkan suatu usaha pembuatan kerupuk di Desa Togur Laok Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan. Metode yang digunakan di penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif ataupun survai serta wawancara sebagai proses pengumpulan data. Sebagai proses perhitungan menggunakan alat perhitungan Revenue cost Ratio dan Return OF Investment untuk sebuah indicator suatu kelayakan usaha pembuatan kerupuk. Data informan yang didapatkan dari 5 pemilik usaha pembuatan kerupuk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari usaha pembuatan kerupuk di Desa Togur Laok Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan mereka sudah menjalankan usahanya cukup lama sekitar 10-20 tahun. Serta untuk ukuran di tempat produksi kerupuk memiliki rata-rata antara panjang 5meter dan luas 7 meter. Dari banyaknya hasil kerupuk yang dihasilkan rata-rata berkisar 6.000-12.000 kerupuk/bulan dengan harga berkisar Rp.1.500- Rp 2.000. Untuk hasil rata-rata pendapatan yang dimiliki 5 orang pemiliki usaha pembuatan kerupuk ini sebanyak Rp 14.000.000/bulan dan untuk rata-rata modal perbulan dari modal awal sebanyak Rp 9.079.316/bulan sehingga menghasilkan ROI rata-rata sebesar 57,9% dan menghasilkan R/C rata- rata sebesar 1,57 yang mengartikan >1, jadi rata-rata usaha pembuatan kerupuk di Desa Togur Laok Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan memiliki keuntungan dengan menjumlahkan rata-rata keutungan yang diperoleh dari 5 informan pengusaha pembuatan kerupuk sebanyak Rp 4.920.684. Sehingga usaha pembuatan kerupuk ini harus lebih mengembangkan usahanya dengan cara menambahkan modal serta kualitas produk terhadap kerupuk dan menggunakan proses produksimaupun strategi-strategi yang sudah di sarankan oleh peneliti.
