Abstract

The purpose of thisistudyiaims to analyze and interpret theieffect of cash flow, good corporate governance, and capital structure on financial distress withifinancialiperformance as an intervening variable. Theipopulationiof this study are mining companiesilisted on the IndonesiaiStockiExchange in 2017-2019. Theisample of thisistudyiusedipurposive sampling method, namely asimany as 14 mining companies that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is the Measurement (Outer) Model and the StructuraliModel (Inner Model) Smart PLS 2.0. The results of thisistudyiindicateithat cash flow has a significant negative effect on financial distress, good corporate governance has a significantinegativeieffect on financial distress, capital structure has a significant positive effect on financial distress, cash flow has a significantipositiveieffect on financial performance, goodicorporate governance has a significantipositive effect on performance. finance, capital structure has a significantipositive effect on financial performance, financial performanceihas a significantipositive effectionifinancial distress.
