Abstract

ABSTRACT EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP STYLE, WORK DISCIPLINE AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE CV. BOEN INTERIOR CV. Boen Interior was founded in 2016 and is an interior design service company. Boen Interior's main products are furniture and sofas. CV. Boen Interior is indicated to have problems with leadership style, work discipline and employee job satisfaction, it can be seen from the increasing absenteeism data. According to Karyoto (2016), stating that job satisfaction depends on the absence and work behavior of employees at work, if employees behave well at work it will have a positive impact on their performance. in 2018 there was an increase in the number of negligent employees by 11 people, then in 2019 the number of negligent employees increased to 12 people, in the following year in 2020 the number of negligent employees increased to 14 people. The research objective to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problem described above is to prove and analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at CV. Boen Interior. The respondents of this study were 45 employees of CV. Boen Interiors. This type of research is causal explanatory which explains the causal relationship between variables. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. With SPSS statistical program (statistical package for social sciences) version 25. The results of this study prove that leadership style, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Boen Interiors. The average employee CV. Boen Interior assessed that this research variable leadership style, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance received a positive response.
