Abstract

Abstrak Derajat Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat Dalam Pelayanan E-KTP Di Kecamatan Tambaksari By Niken Yustianing Tyas Penyelenggara negara propinsi Jawa Timur melalui Peraturan Daerah Nomor 11 Tahun 2005 tentang Pelayanan Publik di Propinsi Jawa Timur, khususnya pasal 11 menyebutkan sebagai berikut : Penyelenggara pelayanan publik wajib melakukan penilaian kinerja penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik secara periodik. ; Untuk melaksanakan penilaian kinerja sebagaimana dimaksud ayat dilakukan melalui pengukuran indeks kepuasan masyarakat sesuai dengan standar pelayanan publik masing- masing penyelenggara pelayanan public; Apabila ditemukan ketidaksesuaian nilai antara indeks kepuasan masyarakat dengan standar pelayanan publik, maka akan dilakukan pembinaan dan pengembangan kapasitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Tata cara pelaksanaan pembinaan dan pengembangan kapasitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik diatur dengan Peraturan Gubernur.Berdasarkan ketentuan tersebut diatas maka Gubernur Jawa Timurmenginstruksikan semua unit layanan publik di Kabupaten/Kota/Propinsi di Jawa Timur harus diadakan evaluasi secara berkala setiap tiga bulan. Kekurangan atau kelemahan masing-masing unit pelayanan publik harus diinformasikan cara penanganannya kepada masyarakat. Karena itu untuk mengukur derajat tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dalam pelayanan E-KTP di Kecamatan Tambaksari Kota Surabaya sangat urgen, sebagai penulisan tugas akhir di Program Studi Administrasi Publik. Adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah seberapa derajat tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dalam pelayanan E- KTP di Kecamatan Tambaksari Kota Surabaya Pelayanan E-KTP di Kecamatan Tambaksari Surabaya Nilai interval sebesar 3,35 jika dikonversi Nilai IntervalIKMantara 81,26 – 100,00 dengan predikat mutu pleyanan = A = Sangat baik. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan E- KTP di KecamatanTambaksari berjalan sangat baik. The procedure for implementing the guidance and capacity building for the provision of public services is regulated by a Governor Regulation. Based on the above provisions, theGovernor of East Java instructed all public service units in the Regency/City/Province in East Java to conduct periodic evaluations every three months. Weaknesses or weaknesses of each public service unit must be informed about how to handle it to the public. Therefore, to measure the degree of community satisfaction level in the E-KTP service in Tambaksari District, Surabaya City, it is very urgent, as writing a final project in the Public Administration Study Program. As for the formulation of the problem of this research, how much is the degree of community satisfaction in the E-KTP service in Tambaksari District, Surabaya City? E- KTP service in Tambaksari Subdistrict Surabaya The interval value is 3.35 if converted the IKM Interval Value is between 81.26 - 100.00 with the predicate of service quality = A = Very good.
