Abstract

The revitalization of the Labuan Bajo Multipurpose Terminal is an effort from the government to separate the port which has always been incorporated between passenger, tourism and container ports. In the Labuan Bajo multipurpose terminal development project carried out by PT. WIJAYA KARYA (PERSERO) with the project location at jl. Manjarite, kel wae mosquito net. Geographically, the location of this project is on the north coast so it has a soil condition that tends to be muddy because it becomes a place for seawater to infiltrate and the land at this project location is often inundated by sea water when the tide is rising so that the subgrade depth is 60 cm. In this study the author uses 2 methods to solve the problems as described above, namely using the in-situ/conventional method and using the precast method. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that casting with the in-situ method has a cheaper cost of 2% or RP 3,466,748.12 so it is more efficient for production costs, then casting with the precast method has a faster time difference with a comparison of 36% or 5 days rather than using the in-situ method. So it can be concluded that if you want to build construction at a cost that is not too expensive, you can use the in-situ method, while if you want to complete construction work in a short and fast time, you can use the precast method.
