Abstract
Job performance is result of a person’s work in carrying out certain task in relation to quantity, quality, time with the principles of effectiveness and efficiency. Some factors influence job performance, divided into two, there is an intrinsic factor and an extrinsic factor, one of which is self efficacy and organizational climate. Individual believe about the ability to carry out task or self efficacy are internal factors that can cause academic procrastination, while the quality of the organizational’s internal environmental that perceived jointly formally and informally that affect attitudes, behavior and performance is organizational climate as an external factor. The subject in this study were 96 property broker from East Java. The research data obtained through a scale compiled by the researcher will be processed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the data analysis, the result obtained were 1) there was a significant positive correlation between self efficacy and job performance; 2) there is a significant positive correlation between organizational climate and job performance; 3) there is a significant correlation between self efficacy and organizational climate with job performance.
