Abstract

The agglomeration area of gerbangkertosusila in East Java Province is the second largest economic area in Indonesia. Gerbangkertosusila consists of 5 districts and 2 cities, namely; Sidoarjo Regency, Mojokerto Regency, Lamongan Regency, Gresik Regency, Bangkalan Regency, Mojokerto City and Surabaya City. Problems began to arise caused by the high use of private vehicles and large vehicles (freight trucks, material trucks, truck vehicles) on the main roads of the city resulting in congestion resulting in congestion resulting in the saturation level of road sections. The development of tod gerbangkertosusila is expected to be realized well transportation system and land use. Using primary data research methods and secondary data as well as analysis of potential TOD character suitability at stations at gatekertosusila within a radius of 400m-800m. Conclusions can be drawn for the agglomeration area gerbangkertosusila that fits the TOD criteria within a radius of 400m - 800m, where there are 6 transit areas of stations that fit the TOD criteria for each typology of the City, SUB-City and Environment, including TOD CITY is located at Gubeng Station - Surabaya and Sidoarjo Station; TOD SUB CITY is located at Pasar Turi Station - Surabaya and Waru Station - Sidoarjo ;and TOD ENVIRONMENT is located at Wonokromo Station - Surabaya and Gedangan Station - Sidoarjo.
