Abstract

The development of road infrastructure in the Village of SoleremaBandudatu is one form of infrastructure development to support the development of underdeveloped areas. and facilitate economic activity in an area. Therefore, the construction of these roads must be in good condition up to the design age. However, the reality on the ground is quite different, where the condition of the Solerama-bandudatu road section has suffered quite severe damage in several locations. The results of measurements from field measurements and visual observations as well as primary data obtained data, among others: there was damage to Jalan Solerema - Bandudato at STA 39 + 440 by 23% CBR. From the CBR Sub Base Course data, the results are average 23% to 35%. Maximum rainfall = 988.61 mm / year (Climate II> 900 mm / year). What happened in 2012-2015 was higher than planned. Slope of the road = 7.80% (slope I <6%). From the survey results, an average travel time of 30 km on the SoleremaBandudatu village road shows a decrease in the average travel time from 45 minutes to 1 hour .30 minutes, or in other words there is a decrease in the average plan speed of 60-80 kilometers / hour. , being only 20-25 km / hr. This condition can indicate an increase in vehicle operating costs, especially the use of fuel oil, which is 15.00 dollars for the mobilization of heavy vehicles. The results of the calculation of repair costs on the damage to the Solerema - Bandudatu road to be precise at STA 38 + 700-39 + 700 amounting to $ 557,753.82 dollars
