Abstract

Roads are the main land transportation infrastructure.Assessment of road conditions needs to be done periodically as a reference in determining the evaluation of road functional conditions based on the binamarga method.The parameters related to functional conditions are the level of roughness, as well as the actual level of damage in the field such as area, crack width, number of holes and depth of the grooves of the ruts. Based on the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to analyze the functional condition of the road using IRI and SDI values as well as the calculation of the construction cost budget on the pakah - pucangan - gesikharjo road section. Setiawan, Pradani and Masoso (2019) argued that "assessment of road surface conditions is needed to determine the right road evaluation program, one of the parameters used is the International Roughness Index (IRI) and Surface Distress Index (SDI). The implementation budget plan is a calculation the amount of costs required for materials, tools and wages, and other costs associated with the implementation of work or projects (Joko: 2018). The results of this study are the Pakah - Pucangan - Gesikharjo road sections experiencing road unevenness with an IRI index of 7.70 m / km and the SDI value of this road section at 67.20 with moderate damage conditions. SDI has a positive effect on IRI. Correlation of IRI value of each vehicle to SDI value has a very strong, significant and unidirectional relationship. The survey vehicle recommended as a media survey is the 113cc Mio GT vehicle.Appropriate treatment for the Pakah - Pucangan - Gesikharjo road section is routine maintenance with a planned budget of Rp. 24,124,000.00.
