Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what factors were influential and the most influential towards the causes of the delay in the work of increasing /widening the Kertosono - Kediri - Tulungagung road; and to find out the ranking of the factors causing the delay in completing the work of increasing / widening the road of Kertosono - Kediri - Tulungagung; and to find out the perceptions of respondents to the factors causing the delay in completing work. The sampling technique is divided into two types, namely probability (random sampling) and non probability (non random sampling). The object of the research and location of the research taken was the increasing / widening project of the Kertosono - Kediri - Tulungagung road. Respondents in this study were individuals who were experienced as implementers of the Kertosono - Kediri - Tulungagung road increasing / widening project work and had held roles and positions in carrying out activities referred to both supervisory consultants. The data analysis technique uses factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results can be concluded that (1) the factors that influence are work environment factors and material factors; (2) The most influential factors are work environment factors; (3) Based on the dominant factors affecting the delay in the implementation of work in succession are work environment factors and then the material factor; and Respondents' perceptions of the factors causing the late completion of work are at the most opinion that the factors causing the delay in the completion of work are caused by: Labor Factors; Design Factor; Implementation Method Factors; Material Factors; Financial Factors; Equipment Factors; Work Environment Factors; and Managerial Factors; (4) The delay in the implementation of work caused by a dominant factor caused financial losses of Rp. 208,376,058,-.
