Abstract

The success of construction projects is determined by three aspects, namely: Cost, quality, and time. Project cost control is a comparison standard and as a basis for measuring the difference between realization (Re) and planning (Ra) of resource use (Wateno Oetomo, 2010). In addition to controlling costs, the thing that is not less important in controlling a construction project is the control of time and quality, the control needs to get special attention from the project leader because in the construction contract there are limitations on implementation time and minimum quality standards that must be met. This research was carried out in the Surabaya - Gempol Toll Road Relocation Project of Porong - Gempol Section which is precisely located in Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province, especially in the Porong River area with the aim of obtaining the estimated duration of the construction at the Porong River and to get an estimated addition or cost efficiency that occurs. Acceleration was carried out because the river area was given permission by the Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Brantas only in the dry season which was until October 2018. Reengineering the implementation schedule was carried out by using the Gantt Chart method with the help of Microsoft Project software, while for additional cost analysis or cost efficiency using calculation methods Crash Duration, Crash Cost, and Cost Slope. From the results of detailing per work area with the Gantt Chart method the implementation schedule can be 53 days shorter. The addition of equipment and labor resources will accelerate the implementation time for 34 days from the previous and accelerate the implementation time for 87 days from the curve s plan. Based on the analysis using the Crash Cost and Cost Slope Method compared to indirect cost savings, an additional profit of Rp. 218,491,636.00
