Abstract
In carrying out testing of motorized vehicles the need for supporting facilities in the form of roads or parking lots is an important factor that must be considered. Therefore, it is necessary to plan the optimal construction of roads or parking lots and fulfill the technical requirements according to function, volume and nature. The steps in the form of road repairs that will be used in this study are functional improvements using standard repair methods and improvement methods. structurally by overlaying using the Component Analysis method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the types of road repairs with standard repairs and with overlaying and calculate the handling costs on the road in the office area of the Sidoarjo Regency Transportation Office. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion with the Standard repair method, it can be concluded that the north side road with the type of damage cracked Crocodile skin, Hole, Cracked edge and Cracked block is repaired by P2 (Local Asphalt Resurfacing), P5 (Hole Patching) and P6 (Flattening), The west side road with the type of hole damage and block cracks is repaired by P2 (Local Asphalt Resurfacing), P5 (Hole Filling) and P6 (Flattening), Middle side road with Hole damage and Block cracks are repaired by P2 (Asphalt Resurfacing) Local), P5 (Hole Patching) and P6 (Leveling), South side road with damage type Edge cracks, Longitudinal / transverse cracks, Slippage cracks, Cracked blocks and holes made repairs by means of P2 (Local Asphalt Resurfacing), P3 (Crack Coating) , P4 (Crack Filling), P5 (Hole Filling) and P6 (Flattening), East side road with damage type Edge cracks, Longitudinal / transverse cracks, Cracked blocks and d holes make repairs by means of P2 (Local Asphalt Resurfacing), P3 (Crack Coating), P4 (Crack Filling), P5 (Hole Filling) and P6 (Flattening) and for coating additional volume of road repair work covering 4,440 m² with a thickness of 8 cm for age the 10-year plan using Laston MS.744 type material, while the cost of repairing road damage in the Office area of the Sidoarjo Regency Transportation Office with Standard repairs of Rp. 574,554,000.00 and the cost of repairing the road with an overlay of Rp. 5,498,496,000.00.
