Abstract

In an effort to improve the quality of buildings for services, the Regional Government of Mojokerto Regency intends to improve the ability of services to the public users of R.A. Basoeni Regional Hospital in the field of building facilities and infrastructure.To guarantee the work required a construction management consultant who can control the project schedule, thereby reducing the risk of project delays.Seeing this situation, it is necessary to conduct research on the identification and analysis of construction risks in the implementation of the construction of Building B phase-2 of RSUD R.A. Basoeni, Mojokerto Regency using the Risk Map method. The research objectives are (1)Obtaining risks that affect the losses and delays in the project, (2)Analyzing the causes of risks in construction activities. The results of the study were (1)Risks that affect project losses and delays are a.Increased procurement costs, b.The quality of goods and services produced by vendors does not match the specifications agreed on the contract, c.Design changes occur, d.Field conditions are not in accordance with the planning data, e.Late payments to subcontract through the main contractor, f.Stacking of materials, g.Work accident in the project area, h.Increase in prices of building materials. (2)Causes of risks that affect project losses and delays are a. Lack of accuracy in conducting market surveys during the procurement process, b.Vendors do not pay attention to material specifications, dishonest vendor, c.Information and data from owners that change, d.Data and drawings of planners are incomplete, drawing engineers are less thorough, e.Financial problems with the main contractor, f.The location of the project is narrow, so there is not enough land to be used as a storage warehouse, g.Workers are not careful, workers do not care about work safety, contractors do not care about the completeness of personal protective equipment (PPE), h.Inflation, stock of goods that are difficult to obtain.
