Abstract

The concept of earned value is one of the concepts used in project management that integrates costs and time. The concept of earned value presents three dimensions, namely the physical completion of the project (the percent complete) that reflects the planned absorption of costs (budgeted cost), the actual costs that have been incurred or called the actual cost and what is obtained from the costs that have been incurred or called earned value. The author uses the Earned Value Analysis method earned value in the construction of the culon bucor market building project in Pakuniran district - Probolinggo district. The objectives of the study are (1) to analyze the estimated time needed to complete the project, (2) to analyze the estimated cost the end of the project to the contract value. The results of the study after an evaluation using Earned Value method until the 12th week, then there was a delay according to the calculation above it was needed again to complete the project during 8.29 weeks, so that the total project implementation time was 20.29 weeks. Project implementation costs in week 12 with a plan of Rp. . 1,145,023,561.43 can only be achieved in the field of realization. Rp. 903,305,976.67 and to complete the work target according to SPI and CPI the planned budget is needed another Rp. 537,603,222.04 in the remaining 6 weeks, but if the settlement is reached in 8.29 weeks there will be an additional fee of Rp. 241,717,584,2
