Abstract

Construction project management includes managing the planning, implementation, and control. In terms of control, various measures have been assessed so that the project can be completed on time, on cost, and the right quality. Project evaluation is part of the agenda of control for a project to be implemented on quality, time, and costs, and resolved effectively and efficiency. Implementation of the project effectively and efficiently will produce benefits without reducing the quality of work.Earned Value method combines elements of schedule, cost and performance of physical development that has been done in the field so it can be estimated costs and time to complete the project with the remaining time available. This method can detect as early as possible in the event of cost overruns and delays that may occur in the implementation of a project, so that the parties concerned can immediately anticipate and take steps to overcome in order to complete the project on time with the remaining costs. Development Base Fish Landing (PPI) Camplong, village Dharma, District Camplong Sampang district, at the beginning of work of this project has been delayed from the scheduled project plan or time schedule until the fourth week in September, and then at week five shows the acceleration of the previous weeks. At week six in October of work progress with concomitant addition of experts and the weather was good so speed up the work in the field, up to weeks to nine months of November or the final review, the project experienced acceleration of the timetable plan and for the remainder of uncompleted jobs takes time 57 days, which is about 8 weeks. So this project can be completed according to the schedule specified in the contract is 120 calendar days for a total cost of Rp. 3.643.982.082
