Abstract

Controlling project costs is important in the project cost management process. Costs incurred and time spent on completing work must be measured continuously in deviations from the plan. The completion time of a project varies, so the estimated time to complete a project cannot be ascertained. To solve these problems, there are several methods used to control a project, the Earned Value method. Earned Value is a tool used in project management that integrates costs and time. The objectives of the study are (1) To find out the cost performance, (2) To find out the time performance, (3) Obtain the estimated time needed to complete the work (4 Obtain a final estimated cost of the project against the contract value of the work implementation of the Rehabilitation of Roads and Pavement Roads Soekarno Hatta and Jalan Sumatra, Ponorogo Regency After conducted an analysis, it was found that (1) Using the Earned Value method, cost performance experienced efficiency with a value on week 9 of Rp. 100,909,967,39 (2) The time performance has been delayed during the implementation period with details of week 9 of Rp. -267,052,083.96, (3) Time Estimate (TE) estimated completion time requires 199 calendar days (4)Estimated / estimated cost of completing work of Rp. 3,827,179,547.18
